Undabot recognised as a “Family Friendly Employer”

Alongside awards for excellence and work on foreign projects, we have been recognized as a “Family Friendly Employer.” The Central State Office of Demography and Youth awards the acknowledgment to support socially responsible employers who recognize the connection between a balanced personal life and their employees’ work potential and performance.

55 companies competed for the “Family Friendly Employer” acknowledgment in 4 categories – micro, small, medium, and large companies. Undabot got the acknowledgment in the medium company category, which confirms our focus on creating a productive and pleasant work environment with an emphasis on balancing private and business life.

We are especially fond of this acknowledgment, and our key ingredients for creating a successful relationship between the employer and employees are mutual respect, listening, and appreciation.

“We are happy to see the ‘Family Friendly Employer’ acknowledgment in our office. This acknowledges our efforts to create a healthy and good balance between personal and business life for all our employees. We strive to show maximum respect to our employees and their families. Our goal is that every workday, for our employees, starts with feeling good,” said Hrvoje Kapetanović, Undabot’s CEO.

In addition to top work equipment, flexible office hours, and the possibility of hybrid work, we offer other benefits to our employees, including team and family gatherings, paid sports and recreational activities, annual physical exams, and additional health care activities. We enable our employees to learn and work on exciting projects; we regularly monitor the progress of our employees and, according to that, revise the salaries and enable them to develop their careers in the direction they want to.

“At Undabot, we are guided by the principle that people come first. Our priority is to ensure employee satisfaction, so we continuously improve the working conditions and strive for excellence and quality in everything we work on. We emphasized open communication, the ability to grow personally and professionally, and on fair attitude towards every employee,” concludes Martina Bastašić, Undabot’s Head of Human Resources.
